First connecting in the Marquee days of the late sixties, Tony’s Groundhogs and Rory’s Taste would play many shows together, with an inevitable ’jam’ session close to the end.
In particular, I remember an amazing festival gig in Trochtelfingen, Germany, the two guitarists really went for it, trading lick for lick, as the hours clocked up and much to the delight of the audience.
If there’s a big gig in the sky, guess who’ll be jamming there now !
